David Kaplan: Yeah
Scenario
Misfit cousins reunite for a tour of Poland to honor their beloved grandmother. The adventure takes a twist when the odd couple’s old tensions resurface against the backdrop of their family history. When Benji and David visit their grandmother’s house in Poland, the location is where Jesse Eisenberg’s real-life ancestors settled in the diaspora.. Benji Kaplan: We stay moving, we stay light, we stay agile. Benji Kaplan: The conductor’s gonna come over, get tickets, we tell him we’re going to the bathroom. David Kaplan: Bathroom. Benji Kaplan: He gets to the back of the train, starts moving toward the front, looking for stragglers.
Benji Kaplan: Yeah
David Kaplan: I’m sorry, are we the stragglers? By the time he gets to the front, the train will be in the station and we’re free to go home. David Kaplan: That’s so stupid. Tickets are probably like twelve dollars. Benji Kaplan: That’s the principle of the thing. We shouldn’t have to pay for train tickets in Poland. This is our country.

I really liked “A Real Pain.” It’s about two cousins, played by Jesse Eisenberg and Kieran Culkin, who travel to Poland and go on a tour that includes a visit to an old concentration camp. So, obviously, the movie gets dark, but it’s also funny and charming.
I thought the movie was realistic
The cousins sit around and smoke weed together. Sometimes their relationship isn’t pleasant, but you can tell they love each other. Eisenberg also wrote and directed the movie and did an amazing job. The story, acting, cinematography, editing, and more are all great. There are a lot of great shots. The concentration camp scene is moving and respectful. During the movie, I felt sad at times.
I just love this movie
I think I cared a lot about the summers. There are no scenes that go on for too long. "A True Grit" is definitely one of my favorite movies of the year. Obviously, I highly recommend watching it.
